- Start by heading northeast on Bluewater Highway (TX-332)
- Continue on Bluewater Highway as it becomes FM 3005 heading toward Galveston
- Cross the San Luis Pass Bridge (toll may apply)
- Stay on Termini-San Luis Pass Rd/FM 3005 as you enter Galveston
- Drive for approximately 3 miles after the bridge
- Bayside Self Storage will be on your right at 17616 Termini-San Luis Pass Rd

From Sea Centre, TX:
- Exit Sea Centre Texas via Medical Drive, heading west toward Plantation Drive
- Turn right onto Plantation Drive
- Merge onto SH‑288 S and head north briefly
- Take the exit for FM 2004 and turn right
- Follow FM 2004 S east until it intersects with SH‑6
- Merge onto SH‑6 S, then transition onto I‑45 S toward Galveston
- Continue on I‑45 S, then take Exit 1A onto TX‑342 Spur S / Broadway St
- Merge onto Termini‑San Luis Pass Rd / FM 3005
- Continue for approximately 3 miles along Termini‑San Luis Pass Rd

From Freeport Historical Museum:
- Start by heading northwest on S Velasco Blvd from the museum
- Turn left onto FM 1495
- After a few miles, turn right onto FM 523 N
- Continue on FM 523 N, then turn right onto TX 332 E (Bluewater Highway)
- Follow TX 332 E, which becomes County Road 257 and eventually San Luis Pass Rd as you approach Galveston
- Cross the San Luis Pass Bridge (toll may apply) to enter Galveston Island
- Continue on Termini‑San Luis Pass Rd/FM 3005 for approximately 3 miles

From Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge:
- Exit the refuge heading east or southeast toward TX‑288
- Merge onto TX‑288 S northbound toward Houston/Galveston
- Follow TX‑288 S for approximately 20 miles, passing through the Angleton and Lake Jackson areas
- Take the exit for FM‑2004 (Hitchcock/Oyster Creek) and head east
- At the end of FM‑2004, merge onto SH‑6 S or directly to I‑45 S via the ramp
- Continue on I‑45 S toward Galveston Island
- Take Exit 1A onto TX‑342 Spur S / Broadway St
- Merge onto Termini‑San Luis Pass Rd (FM 3005) as it runs along the western part of Galveston Island
- Drive about 3 miles south on Termini‑San Luis Pass Rd
